Programs and practical resources
Support work you can understand and evaluate.
Useful support starts with a specific deliverable: a reviewed guide, a clearer printable, or training that helps a volunteer respond responsibly. MTM welcomes conversations about funding, professional review, and practical contributions.
These are opportunities to discuss. No sponsorship package, confirmed partner, audience guarantee, or tax benefit is offered by this page.
Choose the contribution that fits
Resource review
Help scope plain-language editing or qualified review of a defined group of guides. Agree on jurisdiction, reviewer qualifications, correction handling, and a review date.
Proposed evidence: a versioned resource set, source register, and documented review limits.
Accessibility and print usability
Contribute reading, keyboard, mobile, or print testing. Use fictional tasks and sample documents so participation does not require sharing a personal case.
Proposed evidence: a task checklist, issues found, fixes verified, and readable sample output.
Skills and materials
Offer editing, accessible document design, reviewed training, or printing for an agreed purpose. Describe the quantity, availability, usage permissions, and any ongoing costs.
Proposed evidence: accepted deliverables and a clear record of cash costs and in-kind contributions.
What a useful agreement should answer
- Who is responsible?
- The legal parties, authorized signatory, project lead, and recipient of funds must be confirmed.
- What will be delivered?
- Define the scope, cost assumptions, milestones, review criteria, reporting, and what happens if the work changes.
- How will recognition work?
- Agree in writing on any name, logo, link, placement, duration, and permission to use brand assets. Recognition must not imply influence over moderation or educational conclusions.
- What stays private?
- A proposal does not offer member lists, case records, private messages, or rights to participant stories. A person should not have to provide a testimonial to participate.
