How recognition should work
A proposed acknowledgment may include an agreed name, logo, neutral description, and website link. Placement, duration, logo permission, and any reporting deliverable must be agreed in writing before publication. Recognition should not imply that a sponsor influences moderation, legal-resource conclusions, or individual members’ decisions.
Protect the people using the site
Sponsorship inquiries do not provide access to member lists, case records, private messages, or participant stories. Any proposed story or image use requires its own consent process. Participation in a support activity must not depend on providing a testimonial.
Do not describe a proposal as a confirmed MTM partnership or use MTM branding without agreement. No placement, audience size, leads, tax result, or court endorsement is promised by this page.
