Programs and practical resources

A focused proposal, with evidence you can inspect.

Men Too Movement is developing educational resources and respectful peer participation. The proposed Virginia resource pilot gives funders a concrete starting point: improve a defined learning resource set, test its usability, and report what was actually completed.

Funding status: This page describes proposed work and resource samples. It is not a grant application, award announcement, or proof of MTM's legal or charitable eligibility. A funding discussion must establish those facts and the requirements of the specific opportunity.

Measurement

Proposed measures include approved resource outputs, completion of fictional navigation tasks, documented corrections, and optional feedback about finding a next information-seeking step.

Report dates, denominators, costs, and limitations. Do not present a target as an achieved result.

Facts to establish before an application

  1. Applicant and eligibility. Confirm the exact legal name, registration, signatory, and any fiscal sponsor. Match them to the funder's current applicant, location, and activity requirements.
  2. Approved scope and people. Name the accountable lead and reviewers, define the audience and activities, and agree on accessibility and participation boundaries.
  3. Budget and funds. Obtain cost quotes and distinguish requested cash, confirmed funds, and in-kind contributions. Define accounting, restricted-use terms, and reporting responsibility.
  4. Evidence and rights. Attach approved samples, a measurement plan, and source or permission records. Historical results need an actual source and reporting period.
  5. Submission requirements. Check the funder's official deadline, required documents, review criteria, and submission channel before preparing an application.

If a charitable-status claim is relevant, the IRS Tax Exempt Organization Search provides public verification tools. A link to the IRS does not verify MTM's status or establish the tax treatment of a particular payment. Source checked September 6, 2026.
